Add recipients here for alerts and/or scheduled emails, if you know them in advance. If you define a filter such as "Sales Rep is Mine" on the Criteria subtab, listed recipients receive emails only if they match the filter. Enable the Allow Users to Subscribe option to allow users to add themselves as alert recipients at Home > Set Preferences.

Add fields here to send alerts and/or scheduled emails based on a field from each result record. For example, to send emails to sales reps that include results for their own opportunity records, add the Sales Rep field for an Opportunity search. Disable the Summarize Scheduled Emails option to send scheduled email recipients a separate email for each of their records, instead of one email with a summary of all their records’ results.

Add fields to send update alerts only when the selected fields' values change. Enter old and/or new values to send alerts only for updated records with these values.
