1. This label cannot be used for merchandise other than books, music, software, video, or dvd.
2. Print this page.
3. Cut out the Return Label and the separate barcode for Amazon use.
4. Write your return address in the space provided in the upper-left corner of the label, after the word "FROM."
5. Securely pack the items to be returned in a box and include the separate barcode and the original packing slip in the package.
6. Affix the label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
7. Give the package to your letter carrier or take it to your nearest post office for delivery.

Your refund will be processed in 7 to 14 business days once your return has been received. Shortly after it has been processed, you will receive an e-mail regarding your refund.
