Can Composer edit Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)?

Mozilla Composer can edit inline styles but not stylesheets. However, you may try CaScadeS, a CSS editor in development.

Does Composer have a FTP/site manager?

Mozilla Composer can publish individual Web pages via FTP, but it doesn’t have an integrated FTP/Web site manager.

What Web development tools does Mozilla have?

Mozilla comes with DOM Inspector (for inspecting and editing DOM, e.g. HTML objects) and JavaScript Debugger (for interactive script debugging). Mozilla’s onscreen Help has more information on these.
