like themes will be multiple per profile, expected to get changed more frequently then themes one content pack per language is profile bound and will have to be set at profile creation |

one "base" content pack per language is profile bound and will have to be set at profile creation. There is a notion of a default content pack per selected language, hence the content pack selection menu list at the bottom will be set to default for those users who want to go with the content pack most suitable to the selected language. The contents of the content pack selection menulist could look like this:

should be placed in the general Appearance panel as it affects the application appearance as a whole
