Hello. This is the div and text that is under the image but will show through... however, is not selectable, because there is an alpha channel transparency image above it. The image is PNG format which supports varying degrees of transparency. In Firefox, this transparency feature is supported natively; however, in IE, an active-x element has to be called because native support for PNG alpha channel is not built in which means a security pop-up may come up asking you to verify the excution of this element.
