Step 3 of 7: Design and Select Primers
Based on your target sequence and design parameters, the following labeled primers were generated. Place your mouse cursor on a primer's name to highlight its position in the target sequence. To select a labeled primer, click on the primer's name and its unlabeled counterparts will be displayed on the next page. Primers with the lowest Score best fit the design criteria (i.e., 0.0 is best). However, all primers within a score range of 0.0 - 4.0 are expected to perform within specifications.
