You can use OnyX to show or hide various Finder menu entries. As each option is changed, OnyX automatically reopens the Finder while verifying that no other operation is in progress (such as copying, moving, burning, and emptying the Bin).

Apple menu: You can turn the kiosk setting on or off using this option. Turning on this mode will make the Restart, Shut Down, and Log Out commands unavailable in the Apple menu ().
Warning: Use this option only if administrator accounts appear in the list of users. (See the Login pane.)

Finder menu: You can use these options to change the Finder mode (full or Simple), and to show or hide the Preferences, Empty Bin, and Quit Finder entries in the Finder menu. The "Use the Simple Finder instead of the full Finder" option switches from the standard full Finder mode to a Simple Finder mode and vice versa. The Simple Finder hides the desktop icons, open windows, and almost all menus in the Finder. The Quit Finder option quits the Finder. To reopen, click the Finder icon in the Dock.

File menu: You can use this option to show or hide the Eject entry in the File menu.

View menu: You can use these options to show or hide the Customize Toolbar and View Options entries in the View menu.

Go Menu: You can use these options to show or hide "Go to Folder" and "Connect to Server" entries in the Go menu.
