When you go to the web, download, fill in forms, and so on, many files and folders are created. You can use the Internet option, found in the Maintenance pane, to remove these items and thus recover some space.
In the Maintenance pane, select the Internet checkbox, then click the Options button to access advanced settings.

Form values: The information that you enter in the forms of websites is saved in a cache. This option deletes the cache.
Cookies and other site data: Many websites store small files, named cookies, on your computer, to make return visits easier; for example, it will spare you from entering your name and password when returning to a forum. This option deletes those cookies and other site data.
