Instructions: Go to the bottom, then perform a jump.
Method 1: Click the "go to bottom" link, then click the back button.
Method 2: Scroll to the bottom, then click the "back to top" link at the bottom.
Results: If the bottom box is far enough down the page (i.e. the height for the separator is great enough) the bottom box will stay in place on screen instead of scrolling out of view. However, the border for the box will always scroll out of view as expected.
The separator is just used to push the bottom box down very far. The background color, border, and padding of the bottom box have no affect on this bug.
