This is a test-case for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1236941

If you open this HTML file directly in Firefox dev edition (>=45), through a file:// URL, the registration of the Service Worker fails.
If you open this same file through a local webserver (through a http://localhost URL), the registration works
(NB : the service-worker.js file needs to be in the same directory)
